Official Description & Notes
In this video, Jessi Bishop-Royse demonstrates some of the features of oTranscribe. She recorded herself reading part of a chapter of Howard Becker's book "Writing for Social Scientists" using the Voice Memos app on the iPhone. She uploaded the audio file to the oTranscribe website. From there, she replayed the audio through her computer's speakers (while transcribing). The audio and the clicking of the computer keyboard were both picked up by a usb mic/webcam combo that was sitting 6 inches away from the computer speaker.
This recording was done in a Zoom meeting, where her screen was shared with the meeting with audio on.
